Cont’d. Lost my ribs photo.
Anyway, last week I wanted to recreate the experience of eating ribs ala Tony Roma’s.
The sauce worked but I could work on the meat being more tender.
Spent $14 on 5 ribs and about $6 on spices and vegs as sides.
The result all ribs gone in a matter of 30 minutes.
Such dish when eaten outside would cost $25 per plate for person with 2 small ribs.
Hence, cooking at home would be economical. The lontong goreng was the result of making use of leftovers. Went kenduri the day before and brought home ketupat. Loved goreng basah-basah.;)
